The recipe for Tom Yama:

We need:

1 bag of Tom Yam powder

chicken broth or chicken cubes

Pasta tom pits 1 tsp

coconut milk 150-200 ml

mushrooms to your taste

shrimp (or chicken, squid or fish) 300 gr

green onions 1 beam

fresh coriander 1 bundle

tomato 1 pc.

onion half of head

fish sauce

vinegar to taste

chili pepper to taste

Boil the chicken broth (you can have 2 chicken cubes), then open the seasoning package and pour the contents into a saucepan, boil for 5 minutes and throw mushrooms. 10 minutes our soup is brewed, and we make roast: fry finely chopped onion, tomato divided into 4 slices, 1 tsp. pasta to the volume of pits and 1 tsp of tomato paste. Add the roast to the soup, and when it starts boiling the shrimps (somebody completely cleans them, and somebody removes their heads, and the rest leaves in a shell, so the shrimps are juicier), you can throw calamari, or chicken or fish instead of shrimp. Here already to your taste and wishes. When shrimps come up and blush, it's usually 5 minutes, pour coconut milk into the soup 150 ml or to taste. You can add coconut milk directly before serving the dish. To taste, add fish sauce to the plate. As for the guests, put vinegar or lemon juice on the table. Who loves more sharply, then offer a chili pepper, cut into small rings.

Soup is ready, add chopped green onions and coriander right into the plate!
